Complete Amino Acid Profile

Scientific evidence shows that plant proteins can boost muscle protein synthesis (MPS) by increasing the amount of protein per 100 grams and by optimizing the bioavailability of amino acids through processing or common cooking methods.


To ensure a balanced amino acid composition, it is necessary to combine different plant protein sources that complement each other and that combination can be just as effective for MPS as a whole animal diet as a stand alone plant protein is not sufficient enough.

SERVING ADVICE


We recommend serving the pasta in the following proportions:


  • 1/3 pasta and 2/3 sauce


with vegetables, possibly supplemented with fish, meat, poultry or vegetarian components.
